Context
The ADDIE model relates to the analysis, definition, development, implementation, and evaluation training. The training needs analysis (TNA) is a systematic process of identifying and prioritising the learning gaps and goals of students, organisation, and stakeholders. It helps design effective and relevant training solutions that address the root causes of performance problems and align with the desired outcomes. This course is focussed on the alignment of ADDIE and TNA for the development of effective and relevant training solutions.
