ADDIE & TNA ALIGNMENT (ITC01)

Context

The ADDIE model relates to the analysis, definition, development, implementation, and evaluation training. The training needs analysis (TNA) is a systematic process of identifying and prioritising the learning gaps and goals of students, organisation, and stakeholders. It helps design effective and relevant training solutions that address the root causes of performance problems and align with the desired outcomes. This course is focussed on the alignment of ADDIE and TNA for the development of effective and relevant training solutions.

Training objectives

  • Ability to use the ADDIE model for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to implement TNA.
  • Ability to define and implement corrective actions.

  • Duration: 4 days initial/2 days recurrent.
  • Deliverables: All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
